you rock guitar problems CONTINUE WITH second instrument now as defective as the first one.
Please ready a third to send out to me. The first corrupted one will be on its way to you as soon as you arrange a pickup with UPS — there is a charge if I call them to make the arrangement, I was told, so as they suggested, please let me know that you have made the pickup arrangement:

PLEASE REPLACE THE SECOND ALSO DEFECTIVE INSTRUMENT: The second instrument also exhibits the exact same corruption; battery or powered, no difference
the problem is in recording. once corrupted, SOFT RESET will NOT WORK (i.e. GUIT+synth+TRACK held while powering up) to UNDO THE PROBLEM. Although it seems so as at first, the number 1 appears in the display replacing the offending patch. At first SOMETIMES, YRG is fine for a bit until an offending patch (it seems) is recorded onto.
some tracks seem more prone, problems so far on 7, 13, 71 record stop via rec key, playbk corrupted, resetting to another patch has no affect, corruption across the output stage for all patches. AFter patch 71 problem…
SOFT RESET#2: THEN PLAY PATCH 1 NO PROBLEM, MUSIC+FRET SELECT PATCH 71, bamm! CORRUPT OUT THE GATE. Same as it was before the soft reset.
SHUT OFF GUITAR, CORRUPTION still there upon powerup!!!! Thats a Major Problem!!!!
SOFT RESET: PATCH 71 STILL CORRUPT! AS SOON AS ITS PLAYED IT CORRUPTS THE REST OF THE PATCHES (AFTER SOFT BOOT, PATCH 1 WAS FINE, SO WAS 68 + RECORDING on it even!) BUT THEN I FRET SELECT UP TO 71 AND PLAY…GARBAGE!!! YOUR MACHINE IS FLAWED can be MY ONLY CONCLUSION?
a Hard reset (via Internet) has been performed twice. Tonight I will try to find time to continue to test. It seems to make no difference if coming out of record is accomplished with a press of the rec key, or a press of the play key. Both seem to work equally well. Recording is preserved. a second press of play key spits out loop plus Over Dub (OD). Mostly it works until it doesn’t, and then HARD REBOOT will cure, BUT NOT SOFT RESET.
RE: OD NOTE. HERE IS WHERE ANOTHER FEATURE COULD EASILY BE ADDED, THE ABILITY TO LOOP THE OD NON-DESTRUCTIVELY. LIKE ANY DAW, MIDI OVERDUBBING WITHOUT ERASING THE FIRST (OR ANY) PASS IS SELECTABLE. MAKING IT THAT WAY ON YRG WOULD IMPROVE THE INSTRUMENTS AWESOMENESS.
I’M GOING TO HAVE TO ASK YOU FOR A THIRD INSTRUMENT. THIS ONE (#2) HAS ALREADY BEEN FACTORY RESET TWICE. I’LL POP THE FIRST ONE IN THE MAIL TO YOU TODAY TO RETURN IT. (AFTER YOU ARRANGE PICKUP)

CERTAINLY I CAN’T BE THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE I AM SURE YOU WANT TO KEEP HUSHED ABOUT. I CERTAINLY DON’T WANT TO PUT A DAMPER ON THINGS BY SHARING MY EXPERIENCE, AS I DO LIKE THE INSTRUMENT AND ITS POSSIBILITIES. BIUT YOU MUST TELL ME WHERE THE CORRUPTION IS COMING FROM AT THE AMPLIFICATION STAGE OF YOUR DIGITAL PROCESSING, AND WHY RECORDING ON ONLY CERTAIN TRACKS SEND WHATEVER INTO OSCILLATION AND FEEDBACK THAT LOOPS AND DISTORTS THE DECERNABLE RECORDING ONTO THAT PARTICULAR PATCH THAT CAN BE HEARD UNDER THE NOISE?
